How do I communicate with the Customers directly?

For every product or service a customer purchases, there's a chat box available.

Follow these steps to find the chat:

1. Hover on your profile in the website menu and select "Sold Offer".
   
   
2. Search and click on the specific offer.
   
   
3. Access the Chat box.
