Follow these steps before requesting the OTP again:
- Make sure you have strong network coverage.
- Check your spam settings, block sender, blacklisted sender or block short code and make sure Gamer Choice is not blacklisted.
- Ensure that the email address you entered is accurate and valid.
- Don't forget to check your spam/junk folder, as well as other folders like promotions, social, and updates.
- Confirm that you have enough space in your inbox to receive new messages.
