I delivered the Order. What happens if the Customer didn't confirm the Delivery?

You could reach out to the customer and ask them to confirm that they received the order. Please ensure that you ask politely and do not spam or harass the customer to mark the order as received.

If they don't confirm within 3 days, our system will finish the order automatically.
