My Order has been canceled. Where is the Refund?

Once an order is canceled, the refund is automatically added to your store balance. At the moment, there is no option to choose whether the refund goes to your store balance or your original payment method.

However, you may contact us via a support ticket to request a refund back to your payment source.

Please note that this process may take up to 14 business days, depending on your local bank.
