How can I track the status of my orders?

To monitor the progress of your order, take the following steps:

 

1) Hover on your profile in the website menu and select "Purchased Orders".

2) Locate your specific order to view its current status.

3) For additional details, click on the View button to open the order. Here, you'll find a timeline detailing the status updates, complete with dates and times.
