I did not receive SMS or email one-time password (OTP). What should I do?

Follow these steps before requesting the OTP again:

1) Make sure you have strong network coverage.

2) Check your spam settings, block sender, blacklisted sender or block short code and make sure Gamer Choice is not blacklisted.

3) Ensure that the email address you entered is accurate and valid.

4) Don't forget to check your spam/junk folder, as well as other folders like promotions, social, and updates.

5) Confirm that you have enough space in your inbox to receive new messages

6) Try inserting your SIM card into another device and then requesting the OTP once more

7) Restart your device and request the OTP again.
