Should I click "Confirm Received" before I receive the item?

  • Updated

Absolutely not. Under no circumstances should you click the "Confirm Received" button unless you are certain that you have indeed received your order and have verified its accuracy and functionality.

If you encounter a situation where the seller has provided you with a faulty item or falsely marked the order as delivered, we strongly advise you to initiate contact with the seller to address and resolve the matter. Alternatively, you can open a dispute and provide any relevant evidence or proof that supports your case.
