General seller rules & regulations

  • Updated

1) Sellers are obligated to complete the delivery within the specified timeframe using the chosen delivery method specified by the customer. It's crucial for sellers to establish a delivery timeframe that they can reliably adhere to and fulfill, as outlined in their listing. Should a seller fail to fulfill an order in accordance with the agreed-upon delivery method, the seller holds complete responsibility in the event of a trade dispute. Gamer Choice retains the authority to take suitable measures, including but not limited to refunding the customer's order.

2) For all in-game services the sellers must offer video evidence (before and after trade/boost) or take screenshots of the trade. They should upload these materials to the order details page upon the successful completion of the delivery. For further information on proof of delivery, you can refer to the details provided in Delivery Guideline.
Note: Gamer Choice strongly advises the submission of video evidence. Please be aware that using screenshots is at the seller's risk, particularly in cases where a customer disputes the receipt of the product or service.

3) It's crucial to maintain accurate stock levels at all times. Before creating a listing, ensure that you have the item in your possession.

4) Sellers are prohibited from requesting order cancellations. In cases where an order is canceled or delayed due to the seller's negligence, the seller may be obligated to provide compensation to the customer.

5) Sellers are strictly prohibited from initiating or accepting offsite trades or personal offers in any manner.

6) All interactions and communication between the seller and the customer should take place exclusively through the Gamer Choice chat. Avoid engaging in conversations within the game at all.

7) Interactions with customers should always be conducted in a respectful and polite manner. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment, including threats of violence.

8) Trading by logging into the customer's account is prohibited.

9) In cases where trade disputes or chargebacks arise due to reasons caused by the sellers, such as delivery delays, non-functional products, or failure to provide required proof of delivery, sellers will be held responsible for all associated costs and damages related to such disputes.

10) Creating multiple Gamer Choice accounts for the purpose of purchasing from own listings or engaging in fraudulent activities is strictly prohibited.

11) Sellers might be responsible for the handling fee if a customer requests a refund to their payment source. This is applicable if the order cancellation results from issues originating from the seller's side, such as delivery delays, account being sold, or pricing mistakes.
